Today’s bread tasting and evaluating went well, we tasted brioche, ciabatta, wheat germ bread and fruit bread, then evaluated them in terms of their smell, taste and texture. The favourite bread in 6M was just too close to call between the brioche and the fruit bread!

We finally get around to starting our bread making topic this week, which begins with the all important taste test. On Tuesday afternoon we will taste a variety of different types and flavours of bread (none containing nuts) so do make sure if you have any allergies to let me know before then.
I wonder if you can predict which breads we might try?
